TriStar Data Systems offers Timeslips clients a new way to purchase software – The TriStar Software License Insurance Program (SLIP). This program is designed to:

  1.           1. Insure that your Timeslips software licenses never become obsolete.
  2.           2. Guarantee a smooth transition from one Timeslips edition to the next.
  3.           3. Eliminate any uncertainties about upgrade costs and service fees from Sage or from TriStar.
  4.           4. Provide the support you need to get comfortable with your new Timeslips edition.

Our SLIP plan offers one fixed price, renewable annually, for all of the following:

  1.           1. Any new editions (upgrades) of the Timeslips license now owned by you during the term of the plan
  2.           2. All Timeslips installation services related to upgrading to a new edition.
  3.           3. All data conversion services associated with a Timeslips license upgrade
  4.           4. Unlimited phone and remote support access for your Timeslips software, as defined in our service agreement.
  5.           5. Discounts for any additional consulting services purchased from TriStar, as defined in the table below.
