TriStar Data Systems offers annual support contracts to our software clients. We believe that these contracts represent a good value for users who want to gain maximum advantage from their software investment. They allow users to easily correct those annoying issues that would otherwise go unresolved without a support plan. Because one size does not fit all when it comes to software support, we have designed three plan options from which to choose. One of these plans should be right for you. In addition, we can customize any of these three plan options if you need something more specialized.

If you would like to enroll in our Remote Support Plan, please download and print the enrollment form by clicking here, mail back your completed form, and include your check with the form. We will update our records immediately, and your plan will be effective in the month in which the check is received.
