WorkTRAKR - Mobile Billing for Timeslips

WorkTRAKR is a Timeslips "add on" app that collects communications records from smart phones, PC's (Outlook, Word, PPT, etc.), desktop phones, and copiers to create a personal communications log of billable tasks. Utilizing your personal computer/laptop, email, smart phone, and desktop phone, just like you do today, you can now capture all of this information "on the fly" and feed it quickly and easily into Timeslips to create billing records.

WorkTRAKR automatically recognizes all business-related communications from each of these tools to create a simple, consolidated time log, which is used to create slips in Timeslips. With a single click, users can approve time records and send completed time tickets to TimeSlips. It can differentiate personal vs. business communications, and any record can be deleted at any time. WorkTRAKR fully integrates with TimeSlips, allowing you to customize how often WorkTRAKR exports captured data into TimeSlips.

For mobile use, t he WorkTRAKR software is installed on your smartphone, and operates in the background, automatically capturing information about inbound and outbound mobile calls as they are sent and received. A quick screen pop at the end of each call alows you to complete the call record with suggestions for call type, client/project code, and billable time spent. You can accept this information or revise it on a per call basis. Calls marked as personal are not captured and from that point forward are omitted from reports.
